Nature – A beautiful creation, bestowed upon us by Almighty, is probably the most important reason facilitating our existence. Exposure to the five elements brings a balance in human life. Yoga must also be practiced to create a sync. This boosts the body’s ability to fight harmful microbes and inner anomalies as well. The balance of five elements helps our mind to also attain a heightened sense of sustenance.
