It is a complete breathing technique.

STEPS

• Sit in a comfortable position.

• Stretch your arms, making 180 degree.

• Inhale the breath, pause and exhale the breath.

• Look upward, welcome the universe.

• Inhale and Exhale.

• Feel the freshness in the air

• Feel the love and the compassion of the god.

• Feel the divine energy

• Inhale , exhale and just relax

• Now bend your hand

• shake your hand quickly

• Release all the stress accumulating in your body.

• Relax and repeat this technique 3 times.
